quarterback to start witness. we are getting the clearest account yet of the rape accusations against jerry sandusky. >> he actually says he saw them in the locker room shower. >> hello, everybody. here's what people are talking about. explosive accusations today from the key witness in the penn state sex abuse scandal. today's critical testimony. >> reporter: penn state a physicist at football coach mike query left the courthouse after giving damning testimony. he testified he saw the having what he believed to be sexual intercourse with a 10 or 12-year-old boy in a cap a shower in 2002. he said as he entered the locker room he heard the rhythmic slapping sounds and that he shockingly and surprisingly saw jerry with a boy in the shower and that jerry was directly behind the void in a very, very close positions holding the boy's waist, the boy's hands up against the shower wall. he said he didn't try to stop it or call the police because sandusky and the boys separated before he left the locker room. he testified he didn't say anything to sandusky who looked back at him with a blank square.
